Hanamaki Ichigo is currently leading a normal life at university. One day, her childhood friend Kagutsuchi Hino asks her if she’d like to go on a trip to Okunezato, the town that her brother disappeared in a year ago, to look for clues on his whereabouts. They decide to head off to the “Okunezato Occult Club” meetup at the town, where they meet a bunch of after people to talk about the mysteries of the town. Little did she know that there was more going on in the village that she thought, and how she was related to all of this. Continue reading

Black Wolves Saga ~Last Hope~

After 4 years from playing Black Wolves Saga Bloody Nightmare, I’m finally back years later to review the Last Hope side of the story. Last Hope is a re-write of the whole setting in Black Wolves Saga, and has a completely different plot but with the same elements as in Bloody Nightmare. The game starts off with Fiona’s 16th birthday, where she’s finally able to leave the tower to have an outdoor party in the garden for her birthday. However, before the jovial occasion can happen, Fiona’s kidnapped by Rath. More spoilers under the cut. Continue reading

Hakuouki ~Remeiroku Nagrorigusa~

So this the prelude of  the original Hakuouki, and shows the events of what happened before Chizuru came to the Shinsengumi and you play as a guy name Ryunosuke who ended up the Roshigumi (thats what they were called before they turned into shinsengumi) because of a guy named Serizawa. Okay this game is plain LONG so if you’re not the type who likes to sit down and for more than 10 hours then don’t play it. It’s a standalone game so you can consider not playing this one. So the hero Ryunouske is almost gonna die in a forest one day after some ronin stole his money and Serizawa saves him. He ends up being brought back to the Roshigumi and becomes Serizawa’s servant. I think it was sth like that. Cuz I only went through the beginning once. This story actually brings out a few points which cause all the members to become what they were in the original game, and it is upsetting at times.  Continue reading

BWS ~Bloody Nightmare~ Nesso Galland

For all the BWS fans out there: we know what kind of guy Nesso is, right? THE ONII-CHAN WHO WANTS TO BANG HIS YOUNGER SISTER. Nesso’s the most powerful knight in Weblin, and he has feelings fro his younger sister, Fiona. He’s also the one who helps Edgar tell the princes they don’t want Fiona at the castle. Since they were born from different mothers, its okay to have a relationship, right? Really idk what more to write about him thank, so let’s get on with the review.  Continue reading

Hakuouki ~Bakumatsu Musouroku~

Welp I’m reviewing another Hakuouki game, another one which is another fandisk to milk the series again, it’s an action fighting game, where you control the historical bishie you want and go along with their ‘wonderful’ story. Basically I’m only gonna write a story and not go through the whole story since it’s far too difficult to uinderstand in the end. There are 2 stories, Bakumatsu Kaisouroku and Bakumatsu Musouroku. The first one is actually the main Hakuouki, and the latter is a brand new story and more historical bishies. More information under the cut. Continue reading

Hakuouki ~Zuisuroku~ Review

This is pretty much the fandisk to the first Hakuouki game. It was originally made for the PS2, and was ported to the PSP and pretty much almost every console I don’t wanna list them anymore Otomate is ridiculous. You also get to hook up with the undateble guys in the previous game like Yamazaki and Shinpachi. Well I did go about doing Sannan and Kondou but they were kinda…boring. It just a collection of Short Stories of romantic scenes in between the game. I’m just gonna briefly go through the short stories since there’s nothing much to talk about in this game. The OVA actually came from one of the stories inside her where Chizuru goes to disguise as a geiko to gather some info for the Shinsengumi. Continue reading

Hakuouki ~Demon of the Fleeting Blossom~ Review

Hakuouki ~Demon of the Fleeting Blossom~ is the english version of Hakuouki ~Shinsengumi Kitan~, a game about the historic Shinsengumi and stuff. It was originally on PS2 so I got interested and played it on my PSP. I finished this game ages ago but didn’t have the time to write a post about it. So here’s the review I guess. Overall, the storyline, system and gameplay were fine so I’m pretty happy.  Continue reading
