[Translation] MOMENT RING & さようならへさよなら！Lyrics

I guess everyone was expecting another review from me….but well…..11 guys in Utapri…..(I swear I’m almost done don’t kill me please) If you guys do check out my Twitter I’ve been raving about Love Live for quite a while, and since μ’s is coming to end, they made a final single where I have so much feels for. So, I decided to make a translation of both songs in the final single! For Love Live fans who happen to chance this little blog of mine for translations, these songs have a lot of feels. At the same time, I don’t always do lyrics so I will not be proving Romaji. Japanese lyrics & translations will be under a cut!

Note: The line marked with the * is still a small issue to me due to the fact that the phrase “もしもの時まで” was there. It kinda originally means until a time of “what if” but that totally didn’t make sense so I left it as “until the time comes”, making is vague and sound better in english.

At the same time, if you do think my translations are off, feel free to leave a comment here about any problems with my translation. Feedback will be great for my improvement as this is my firs time doing lyrics!

A Few Thoughts

This single killed me in many ways but well, what needs to end needs to end! (Unlike some otome games out there…..*stares at hakuouki & dialovers*)  The songs were perfect and befitting for the ending of μ’s, as i’ll have to admit, story wise & seiyuu wise, they all went through a lot to get here! I’m really glad this is ending while it’s at its best, and not dry out like some overmilked series out there. I may or may not be going to the live viewing of the Final Live in Singapore, but if I do, I’ll definitely make a report on it!

Moving on to a bit of the blog. I have about 7 characters done already for the Utapri ASAS, 2 senpais & 2 kouhais left to write. I hope I can finish that within this week and a load will definitely be lifted off me. That will be followed by a review of Ken ga Kimi & Date a Live ~Rinne Utopia~, games which I’ve played but not reviewed yet. I hope I can finish those faster than I complete games so I can get back to my original pace. At the same time, once Dance with Devils arrives at my doorstep late this month, I will want to make a post to share with you guys what’s in my backlog. Until then!
